Can’t understand parking signs in Tel Aviv? Not anymore! [#3] | UlpaNoya

Video 3 out of a 3-video series of parking signs in Tel Aviv.

Hey guys, welcome to another PARKING SIGNS in TA video! In the previous video I talked about this sign on the left that limits the parking on the left side of the street to cars that have a parking sticker of area 2. Today I want to show you the sign on the right side of the street, that doesn’t have this limitation, so you see the difference. חֲנָיָה בְּתַשְׁלוּם = Parking for payment א-ה = Sunday to Thursday מִתֵּשַׁע עַד שֶׁבַע = 9:00 to 19:00. ו’ וְעַרְבֵי חַג = Friday & holiday evenings = מִתֵּשַׁע עַד אַחַת9:00 to 13:00 So that means, during these times, anyone can park here, as long as they pay for it. And they don’t have to have any sticker on their car. Before and after these times, anyone can park here for free. Below that it says: חֲנָיָה חִינָּם = free parking לְרֶכֶב הַנּוֹשֵׂא כָּל תַּו חֲנָיָה אֲזוֹרִי שֶׁל תֵּל אָבִיב יָפוֹ. So it’s free parking for any vehicle that has any parking sticker of Tel Aviv. It doesn’t have to be area 2, or any other specific area… As long as you have a parking sticker of Tel Aviv, you can park here for free any time you want.
